Truffles

Capital Confections' signature product has always been our 24 flavors of truffles, hand-made in our chocolate kitchen. Each truffle has a soft chocolate center and is infused with extracts that melt over your taste buds and leave you in chocolate heaven.
Boxes of truffles are available in all milk chocolate, all dark chocolate or assorted chocolate flavors.
After tasting truffles from many candy shops around town, our volunteers could understand why [they] have earned such a good reputation for truffles. Our tasters voted them the best out of all seven we tasted.
